mullet dresses are one of my new favorite trends! ever since my sister in law bought me a fun black and white printed mullet dress from modcloth for christmas, i can't get enough of them!

i'm feeling the pastels and ready for spring. these seychelles shoes are some of the cutest i've seen! oh, and fyi- american apparel nail polish is the best!

naked cakes

you love it or hate it.

...or there's people like me who are kind of in-between. i can't eat gobs of frosting, but i still enjoy it in moderation. this is where (what i like to call) the naked cake comes in. you still get the slightest taste of frosting between the layers, but it's not overbearing.

i could see these being hard to make! frosting can cover up your cake mistakes so well- you would definitely have to cut them out of the pan perfectly!
