summer treats: watermelon popsicles

do you remember these? i still could not find the watermelon popsicle, but it was my favorite treat from the ice cream man growing up! it was more of a creamy ice cream sort of pop... and the seeds were chocolate chips! yum!

color scheme: pink yellow mint

from age 5-12, my bedroom was light pink and seafoam green (aka mint). even though the wallpaper consisted of dancing ballerina bears, i think the color scheme has stuck with me! here is my pink and mint (with a splash of yellow) color scheme inspiration:

my mom is pretty hip. she knows the hottest trends and keeps up with what's going on in fashion. when she was in town the other week, she pulled out of her suitcase some amazing tangerine cigarette pants! she asked for a purse to match and we realized my mint green bag really pulled her look together. ever since then, mint and tangerine has been on my mind. here is more inspiration!
