diy: valentine garland

our household is short on holiday decor, so i thought i would craft something up and create a valentine garland.

here's the how-to:

materials:
yarn, string, or twine.
felt
wooden beads
hot glue
scissors
something heart-shaped
pen/marker

trace or free-hand draw hearts onto the felt and cut them out.

string the beads onto the yarn and separate them evenly across the garland. then place the hearts behind the string in the open spaces. glue the string to the hearts towards the top of the heart.

wait for the glue to dry, attach the garland to your fireplace or wall, and enjoy your new valentine's day decor!

have you made any valentine decorations this year?
